Xbox Series S officially announced, priced at $299

Microsoft has officially announced Xbox Series S after leaks of the console's design and price were leaked by Thurrott in the middle of the night. Xbox Series S is the lower tier next-generation Xbox alternative for those looking to enter the Xbox ecosystem. Shortly after the leak, Microsoft tweeted the official announcement at 4AM ET, calling Xbox Series X, "next-gen performance in the smallest Xbox ever." Xbox Series S is priced at $299 (ERP), and we can expect to hear more about it soon.
