While the younger looking new design for Dante may have received an overwhelming negative reaction by fans, the presentation and gameplay looks to be at least on par with the rest of the series. With Ninja Theory at the helm, best known for the PlayStation 3 exclusive Heavenly Swordand Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, DmC: Devil May Cry has become one of our most anticipated releases of 2013. Will the younger looking Dante appeal to the younger audience as Capcom wanted, I can’t say for sure, but if the humoruos and action packed gameplay stays fresh through the entire game, we are in for a treat, Emo Dante and all.
