The Gallery: Episode 1 - Call of the Starseed to launch alongside the HTC Vive

The first episode for the first-person adventure game, The Gallery, will be launching alongside the HTC Vive on April 5, 2016. In Episode 1 - Call of the Starseed, you'll begin your search for your missing sister across a world full of bizarre characters and wonder. Developer Cloudhead Games has taken inspiration from cult classic dark fantasy movies from the 1980's, such as The Goonies and Jim Henson's masterpiece Labyrinth.
So many of the things we’ve done in The Gallery are completely new. There were no pre-baked solutions, no standards when we started this adventure in 2013

In your attempt to find your sister, you'll traverse derelict beaches, abandoned sewers, and quirky laboratories. The "Blink" locomotion system supports every size playing space, from a tiny chair size area in front of your computer desk to a massive living room. The game was designed to be played while standing or walking around, and Cloudhead Games has included boundary lines within the game that blend into the environments. Using "Blink" you can teleport the character's location, as well as inform the game you are standing in relation to your playable space.
The Gallery: Episode 1 - Call of the Starseed will be available at launch for the HTC Vive on April 5, 2016 via Steam
