PlayStation Plus subscribers getting Dust 514 Beta

CCP Games has announced that PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive two weeks of closed beta access for the upcoming free-to-play massively multiplayer first-person shooter, Dust 514. Coming exclusively to the PlayStation 3, PS+ members can join the fight starting on August 21 and play until September 4, 2012.

August 21 is a major turning point in the closed beta for Dust 514 as the “Precursor” update will be released. The update will be the first time that EVE Online and Dust 514 will be integrated as well as featuring a slew of new content: Orbital Strike framework, instant battle matchmaking, new environments, keyboard and mouse support, and tons of other enhancements. PS+ subscribers will also recieve a 50% discount on the Mercenary Pack for Dust 514 during the beta event.
