Hunt for Gold with Evolve Developers this Weekend

Showing their appreciation for Evolve player base, Turtle Rock Studios and 2K invite the community to play alongside the developers. Those players that are online between 9:00 PM PT on Thursday, March th and 9:00 PM PT on Sunday, March 8th will earn the Turtle Rock Gold Skin. The Goliath, Kraken, and Wraith Monster skin has never been made available to anyone outside of the Turtle Rock Studios development team until now. It was noted that players will receive the Gold Skin at a later date, but no later than March 14, 2015.

The Hunt for Gold Weekend marks the first in a series of upcoming online Evolve community challenges, and events that will be taking place over the coming months. Turtle Rock Studios also mentioned the future challenges may require the community to collectively achieve specific in-game milestones. This type of challenges has been used across many different online-games.

The timing of the event is quite unfortunate for those traveling to the snow-covered planet of Hoth, also known as Boston, for PAX East 2015.
