Capcom Arcade Cabinet loves the '80s

Coming February 19th and ending on May 21st, a total of 17 games will be available to download on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 through the Capcom Arcade Cabinet“platform”. Fifteen of the titles will be available for purchase either separately or in different game packs, with the last two acting as a free bonus for those that purchase all fifteen.
The Capcom Arcade Cabinet features DIP switch functionality, a music player, as well as the ability to take and share screenshots and videos. Using the DIP switch, gamers are able to adjust their number of lives as well as the difficulty within the game. Casual Mode tones down the difficulty allowing gamers of all skill levels to reach the end of some of their arcade favorites, all without dropping quarter after quarter into a cabinet. PlayStation 3 users are able to upload videos straight to Youtube, while Xbox 360 gamers can only share screenshots on Facebook.
The first release will be a demo of Black Tiger on February 19th along with Game Pack 1. The Xbox 360 version of Black Tiger only allows gamers to use a single credit, while the PlayStation 3 version allows for an infinite amount of credits. There has been no mention on whether or not trophies will be available for these titles.
If you have restraint and can wait till the end of May, you will be able to get all 17 titles for $30 – which is much less than paying the game packs separately.
